The Best Air Compressor Service In San Diego

What Others in Air Compressor Service in San Diego Claim

It seems every business is an “Industry Leader”, “The Worldwide Innovator”, “The Trendsetter” or some other “World something” or “Industrysomething”.

That is all great if it really means something to the individual business, be it a Mom-Pop shop or a huge multinational conglomerate. I have found that those superlative hyperbolic pronouns are simply ego-stroking self-proclamations designed to impress someone in the company’s management that is paying the bills for SEO or some other form of advertising.

Why Make These Claims?

The old truism that “If you are really good, you don’t have to brag about yourself, others will brag about you” is never truer than when referring to a company that provides service to a critical system. Compressed air is the fourth utility. Without electricity, natural gas, water, and compressed air you likely will produce or manufacture nothing. The compressed air system is a critical system in the truest sense of the word “critical”. In ABOUT 60% of manufacturing a vacuum system is just as critical as the compressed air system. Therefore, we established our company as a “one-stop-shop” immediately. We are just as good with vacuum as we are with compressed air.

This is the reason so many companies post so many customer testimonies. You will never read a testimony on a website that states “Yeah, they do an O.K. job, nothing special, just good enough.”

Google Reviews

I know of no company that has never lost a customer through a disputed invoice, a missed service appointment or perhaps, just a field service tech that said the wrong thing to a customer on the wrong day. It happens. By far the most prevalent reason new customers come to us, is their present supplier seems to take them for granted. They get arrogant as if there is no other service provider. WE constantly guard against that. WE reach out to our customers on a regular basis, usually by telephone and email. If there is a problem, we want to know. If we do not know something is broken, we cannot fix it.

Supposedly, a Google Review cannot be solicited, paid for, or compensated for in any form whatsoever. Nonsense!!! One of our competitors went from ZERO reviews to over a hundred in less than two weeks. Of course, all those customers just spontaneously decided to write wonderful, glowing reviews at the same time. Right?!

We have reviews from our customers. They are all good. Of course, they are. BUT there are not so many you get tired of reading them.

Service

We provide each customer with the option of buying an entire year’s supply of routine service parts, oil and a storage locker to keep on their site. Parts are automatically replenished when they are used. This assures there is no delay in service. Due to the pandemic, parts lead times have become increasingly long. Costs are also controlled as the periodic inevitable price increases are avoided. Common repair parts such as belts, thermal mixing valves, etc. can also be purchased ahead of requirements to assure no delays in repairs and cost control.

Payment Methods

We are constantly on the lookout for more ways to increase efficiency. We were the first to begin using paperless service orders. As well as accepting electronic payments.

We were the first to provide extended payment terms using PayPal and other short term financing programs. You can now take up to six months to pay with same-as-cash programs. We are a small business, we cannot be your bank. We have strict payment terms from our suppliers.

Payment Terms

Some people tend to equate the purchase of capital equipment with the purchase of an automobile.
Think about it. When an automobile is purchased you do not get 30, 60 or 90 days to pay . You pay right then. If the car is taken off the lot and the financing falls through, the car is repossessed and you are liable for any damage done, or any depreciation.

On-Going Technical Training

Of course, our techs are constantly undergoing additional training. Training takes place at our Friday morning technical staff meetings. Some training takes the form of on-going on-line training provided by the manufacturers we represent. Some training takes place at the manufacturer’s facility. If the training is at the manufacturer’s facility, there will be classroom sessions as well as having hands-on the machine in a laboratory setting running at operational temperatures and pressures.

Remember; “It ain’t bragging if you can actually do it”.
