Originally an Atlas Copco all-in-one tank mounted air compressor.
The internal refrigerated dryer failed last year. We supplied a new stand alone unit. We also installed new in-line filters.
After several failures i.e. inlet valve, low pressure check valve as well as the thermal mixing valve the client decided to spend no more on repairs to a troublesome and expensive-to-repair unit.
We saved him several hundred dollars by reusing his existing tank. Thereby avoiding The cost of a new tank and the expense of rerouting interconnecting plumbing. This saving more than offset the labor cost of the project. We completed the project in under 6 hours.
