Like you, Air-Vac Systems is closely following recommendations from the CDC as well as local authorities in the markets that we serve to ensure that our response to the Coronavirus outbreak is proportional to the situation.
It goes without saying that our main priority is protecting the health of our employees and their families, as well as our clients and partners. At the same time, we know you rely on us to help keep your business moving forward. Be assured that we have continuity plans in place to continue to achieve both these goals.
We want our clients to know we are open for business but are adapting our approach in a few ways in consideration of what is happening in our communities:
• The vast majority of our team members are in service vans everyday supporting clients across Southern California. We will still be available for on-the-job visits where the situation permits. For clients who have started limiting outside visitors to your facilities, our sales and technical teams are ready to support you digitally.
• Air-Vac Systems will remain open for will call. We ask our clients to phone in advance to arrange product pick up in order to limit person-to-person contact.
• Our Client Service team remains available to support you at 1-866-924-7822 M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm PST while our website, www.airvacinc.com is available around the clock.
While none us may know what the future holds, we want to assure you we are here to support you and have contingency plans in place to enable the continuity of supply and service delivery with the goal of being there for our clients while helping ensure the well-being of our team members.
